Marilyn

One constant in my life has always been Marilyn. I have brought books about her read them ... then feeling bad have discarded them. Being made to feel evil cause she is a sex symbol. Or worse still, that she is an idol all consuming ... to have her in my life is to be on the way to hell.

Yet I always go back to her. I am fascinated by her. The psycology behind Norma Jean becoming Marilyn is bittersweet. This photo is by Cecil Beaton.

Marilyn Monroe Dressed to Swim

If you look real close you can see Marilyn has an ankle bracelet on. I wonder if she did go for a swim.

This poor blog was my first blog. I keep it as is but I often think it needs some real direction. I have been thinking I should make my own coloring pages, or a combination of bringing together my favorite coloring pages that I have found and my own. Of course my other blog is all, or mostly all about Lost in Space.

This I did during art class while the kids were drawing. Not easy trying to keep a child on task and to draw. This is Dr. Zachary Smith of Lost in Space. I see all the flaws. The forehead is too large, the mouth to prissy, the nose not wide enough.
