Above is a drawing I did of Will Robinson and the robot from Lost in Space. Below is an example I did for school. The kids are learning about pets. Sorry, the word bird would not fit on the scanner.

Art Examples For the Kids

These are just some of the examples I did recently. It is art for the kids in our class.
A cat and a dog on a craft sticks.
Then something for the fingers! I cut out by hand all the little triangles. It is good for them to glue these on individually. We did this last one today... 5 kids participated.

Summer School!

This was a coloring page I did at school today, just Crayola Markers and Crayons. We have had this particular page all year. I go to the office and keep photocopying it for the kids. It is one of the most requested pages. When the kids have done all their work and we are getting near the time to go home we have a few minutes to color. I found this one online! Thank you Dandi Palmer!

Only two more days of summer school! Yahoo!!!

Coloring in the Summer

Summer School has been going on for parts of 4 weeks. We have been busy doing lots of stuff! During the last hour we often color. I will sit with the kids and color with them. This is another

This photo was taken 20 years ago when my daughter was about 5 years old. I think it is a great advertisement for Yosemite. Yosemite has a timeless beauty! My daughter is the one sitting next to me in the purple and blue.

Our dog carries his dog bowls out into the living room all the time. Here he seems to be saying "Fill my plastic dog dish please!!" By the way he is almost blind in his left eye!

Our Kids do Art

This was another page from PheeMcFaddell. I just started it and the bell rang. Time for school to be out! This was just plain crayola crayons.

Same picture as previous post.... I just had to do some photoshop on this. That took care of those wrinkles!

Ink Drawing and a Watercolor

This first is a pen sketch I did of the color page below. It was not done with detail or much thought. I just wanted to see how fast I could do it.... it was about 10 minutes.

At my job, our kids sometimes get the chance to do watercolor on coloring pages. Some of these are pages which I found on the Internet. This is the one I did using just Prange and Crayola watercolor pans. This page is from PheeMcFaddell. Thought I should have ironed it.

Wreck of the Robot

The 2nd Season Lost in Space episode, Wreck of the Robot, uses 3 aliens dressed in black sparkly suits. This is just a pencil drawing that I want to paint in watercolor. This episode is one of the better 2nd Season episodes.

Happy Heart's Day

In art class I helped the special ed kid I am with make 3 valentine's cards. Then I made one for my blog... being in a hurry because PE was next.... I took about 4 minutes for the hearts above.

Not Redwood Middle School at all. But it would be interesting if it were. I need to color it up. Make it all bright and sunny. At least it is clean! Redwood Middle School is looking better than it used to.

School is Back in Session

After three weeks off from school we are now all back. Every week is a grueling week. Here I am all bundled up for one of our fun walks in Angwin on PUC college property and also Los Posadas State Forest property.
